Cymraeg i Bawb - a regional and national partnership
Cymraeg i Bawb is a campaign to promote Welsh-medium education across Wales, led by the South East Wales Welsh-medium Education Promotion Partnership.
The partnership aims to create a Wales where everyone is free to learn and speak Welsh.
The partnership includes Local Authorities (Welsh language officers and Education officers responsible for the WESPs), the Mentrau Iaith, RhAG and the Welsh Government, along with other organisations such as Mudiad Meithrin, Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol and Cwmni2. The Welsh Government directly funds the project, and all partners contribute in kind, with additional project funding sourced from various grant bids.
The project was initiated by Grŵp Deddf because the partners understand that promoting Welsh-medium education can benefit enormously through working together.
It began in South East Wales and continues to work in the region, but since 2025 has expanded nationally under the responsibility of Mentrau Iaith Cymru.
